Lee Holzerland worked with the Fremont Police Department to move their flagpole out of the trees and build a Law Enforcement Memorial. POAN was proud to be a contributor to his Eagle Scout project that was dedicated to honor the sacrifice and memory of Law Enforcement officers everywhere.
The dedication ceremony took place on May 15, 2006.
