Harry Herington, Chief Executive Officer of eGovernment firm NIC , has committed to raising more than $100,000 during the next three years for C.O.P.S. Herington, a former police officer, intends to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle to every capitol across the country, where he will make a donation to C.O.P.S. in honor of fallen law enforcement officers.
