Columbus PD Officer Bret Strecker will sing the National Anthem and another selection Lincoln County SO/North Platte PD Chaplain Gary Smith will do the officiating with the prayers and benediction.  Nebraska Lt Governor Rick Sheehy and Secretary of State John Gale will be the keynote speakers and both have RSVP'd for the event.
