I started in law enforcement in 1970 in Omaha.  I've been with the Holdrege Police Department since 1977. I've been on the POAN Board since 1986, except for one year serving on the training committee. I served as POAN President, past president and currently serve on the website committee.

My wife of 35 years, Donita and I have four grown children, two of which are currently serving in the U.S. military. We are proud of all four kids having served in the military. We also have four grandchildren and a German shepherd-husky.

My outside interests include camping, traveling, gardening and volunteering on the Boy Scout Eagle Board of Review.
